NCRC has filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission aledging that Zillow.com is misleading consumers! Owch...I new they were a little off on their valuations but the FTC.....
That fact of the matter is that no one website will EVER be able to give you an exact Valuation amount for your home like a Realtor/Appraiser can for many reasons! There are just TOO many variables out there that a computer model can not take into account.... Such as a crack house across the street or many other scenarios.
