Hello just thought I would share this tidbit with you all...There is currently a virus going around in the real estate community right now.The email heading...at least the one sent to me is "Looking for a good agent". There is a message in the body that says something about his wife lost my card and he wants to see the home listed for $3.25 Million....In the body he says "Look at the attached photo of the home we want to see"
If you look carefully at this attachment it is an .EXE file and most definitely will unleash a virus that may wipe your system out or at least make you very sad and cost you some money to get rid of it!
With all the other garbage going around out there every day, the lotteries that I have won(didn't even know I entered) and all the great stock tips that I get, it almost got past me....
If only these criminals would do something productive with their tremendous talents.....
