Keller Williams Realty Redding Grand Opening a huge Success...

Team Redding Kicked off the New Year with a Grand Opening Celebration that was attended by hundreds Jan 22nd 2009.

Thank you Redding and Clients for a great 2008 and looking forward to a great 2009!

Live in the Redding Cal area and want to know what your home is worth?

If you have a Septic System and are not aware you better read up!! New/old law going into effect soon! AB885

Shasta County has been home to Septic tanks on properties not serviced by local and regional sewer systems for many years. There is a new/old bill that has been around for awhile and people have talked about it and now it is for sure that ANYONE that owns a home on with a Septic System will be effected.

What does this mean for the average Joe here in Shasta County? Well for one you will have to have your system pumped and inspected per law. This is an additional cost to many Shasta County Residents that is not welcomed!

The main thing is this....If you own or have a property that now has a septic system...you WILL be paying more money in the very near future to meet the new criteria!

The ones that will get hurt the most are the people that have to put in a "New" system OR upgrade to a "New System" because of leachline failure! Those costs can be upwards of $20-$40KKK.

Another Question that needs to be addressed with this issue is what happens to the older couple that have lived in the Country for 40 years and can Not afford to put a new system in??? Will the County then Condem their property making it virtually Worthless?

AB885 is the Bills name....making it more expensive for Everyone on Septic is its game....

Get all the details here now!
