Accuracy is the name of the game...how one lead generation website has many problems...

Lead Generation companies...the names like home gain, house values and others come to mind. What are these companies? They are the middle men in the profession of real estate...They harvest buyers and sellers on the Internet and then sell them to Realtor's across the country...

While there is nothing legally wrong with this business model there is one thing I have noticed...The accuracy of their information for the consumer is not quite up to par!

While searching  online I came across one particular real estate lead generation site that lures consumers in and noticed some glaringly Wrong information...for one they had Redding in the wrong state...at the top they had Redding California Shasta County but the whole page talked about Florida??

My point is this....there is a lot of information on the Internet these day....having the most accurate information on an area of interest from a LOCAL Realtor is of upmost importance...Why local you ask?Because it is the people that are in real estate every day and live and shop locally that know the "local" market best...PERIOD....

Accurate info....communication and choices...all good things that lead to a great real estate transaction when an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor is selected to help with the process...

The city of Redding is opening up it's doors to artists to submit their works for being displayed at the civic center. If you have some artwork that you would like thousands to see then consider submitting some works for consideration.

21 artists, group of artists or schools will be chosen to produce original works of art.

New exhibits are hung three times each year and the artwork is carefully selected to provide an engaging experience. Since the program's inception we have exhibited over 1,900 pieces of artwork from more than 160 artists. The City collects no commission on the sale of exhibited art.

Majority of states not spending the Government's Weatherization money!

In what may be called a dance many state are not spending the Government Money allocated to them to be used for weatherization. This money part of the bail out fund is supposed to be used to help people upgrade their homes and add insulation and energy saving features etc.

There appears to be confusion on how to pay the workers that are doing the work and a fear that the Government might not send anymore money so states are just waiting!

State officials blame Federal officials for mixed signals on how exactly to implement the program!

Does this sound familiar to anyone?? A finger pointing extravaganza!

Let hope they figure this out soon so many people can cut those high winter bills down and improve their quality of life!
